Hi, I'm Shaina.

I started The Fit Collective after nine years of coaching women and seeing the same pattern over and over: smart, motivated women trying to force themselves into programs that were never built for their real lives — then blaming themselves when they couldn't sustain them. So I built something different.

Over that time, I've coached hundreds of women all around the world through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between — helping them lose fat, build strength, rebuild confidence, and finally stop starting over after years of being stuck.

My coaching style is hard to put in a box — and that's intentional. I'm the kind of coach who will meet you exactly where you're at, without judgment or pressure, and then push you further than you thought you could go. Clients often describe me as warm and encouraging, but don't get me wrong — I will hold you accountable. The balance of the two is where the real progress happens.

I believe you should understand why you're doing what you're doing, not just follow a plan blindly that only works when life is easy. When you leave, you'll have the knowledge, habits, and confidence to keep this up for life. And the results I care most about aren't always the ones on the scale — they show up in your sleep, your energy, your confidence, and what your health markers show at your next checkup.

To me, fitness was never meant to make your life smaller. It should help you feel stronger, more confident, more capable, and more connected to yourself — not more obsessed, restricted, or exhausted trying to keep up. That's the approach I bring into coaching: helping you build something that supports your real life, so the results don't disappear when life gets hard.
