1:1 Coaching

The full program. No mystery.

Here's exactly what 1:1 coaching at The Fit Collective looks like, what's included, and what to expect once you start. Read the whole thing before you apply — I want you informed, not impressed.

What's included

Six things, working together.

01

Custom strength training

Three to five custom workouts a week, written specifically for your equipment, your time availability, and your goals — not a generic template. Programmed for body recomposition with progressive overload, pelvic floor awareness when needed, and adjustments every week as you progress. Delivered through your training app with video demos for every exercise.

02

Personalized nutrition

Custom protein, fibre, and calorie targets calibrated to your body, goals, and lifestyle — then adjusted as your body changes. We work through restaurants, travel, holidays, and PMS weeks together so you build food skills, not food fear. No meal plans, no banned foods, no “cheat days.”

03

Weekly check-ins & coaching

A structured weekly check-in (video or written, your choice) where we go through your week, what's working, what isn't, and what we're adjusting next. Plus message support Monday through Friday for the in-the-moment questions — the restaurant, the work trip, the bad week.

04

Form feedback on every lift

Send video, get specific coaching back — not just “good job, keep going.” Real exercise execution feedback so you stay injury-free and actually get the most from every rep. This is where most coaching programs fall apart and where mine doesn't.

05

A real coach, not an algorithm

I'm a real person who reads your check-ins, watches your videos, and writes your program. No AI-generated plans, no white-labeled templates, no offshore coach you've never met. You hire me, you get me — and I don't take more clients than I can give that level of attention to.

06

The Blueprint course

Lifetime access to the course I built — the same education I deliver to my 1:1 clients, structured so you can follow along at your own pace and actually understand the why behind everything you're doing. This is the part most coaches gatekeep on purpose. Mine doesn't. The goal is for this to be the last coaching program you ever need.

FAQ

Honest questions, honest answers.

How much does it cost?

I quote pricing on the discovery call once I understand what you actually need. Coaching starts with a four-month commitment — that's the minimum window where real change happens. If sticker shock is a concern, this is the wrong program for you, and I'll happily say so on the call.

How long until I see results?

Strength changes within weeks. Visible body composition changes typically take eight to twelve weeks of consistent execution. Identity changes — the way you think about food, training, and your body — take three to six months. Real, lasting transformation is on a longer arc than that.

What if I have less than three hours a week to train?

We program around your life, not the other way around. If you've got 30 minutes three days a week, I'll build the most effective 30-minute, three-day program possible for your goals. Generic plans require generic time — custom plans don't.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Beginners are some of my favourite clients to work with — you don't have habits to unlearn. Every exercise gets video demos and form feedback, and we'll build technique before we build intensity. You don't need to be in shape to start.

What about pregnancy or postpartum?

I work with both. Pregnancy programming focuses on safe strength maintenance and pelvic floor preparation. Postpartum is a careful return-to-training arc with specific attention to core and pelvic floor recovery. We'll discuss timing and clearance on the call.

I have an injury. Can you work around it?

Yes — most of the time. I'll need to know exactly what's going on and ideally have clearance from your physio or doctor. I'm not your medical provider, but I'm comfortable programming around most common issues (low back, shoulder, knee, hip) once we have a green light to train.

Do you do in-person training in Calgary?

All coaching is online. The format works because the program adapts to wherever you actually train — home, hotel gym, commercial gym, basement with a single dumbbell. In-person isn't required and honestly, for most clients, it would slow them down.

What if it's not working?

Then we change it. Every week. That's the entire point of weekly check-ins — to catch what's not working before it becomes “the whole program isn't working.” If something's genuinely off after we've adjusted it, we'll have a real conversation about why.

Ready to apply?

Four-minute application. I read every one personally. If it's a fit, I'll send a link to book a free 30-minute discovery call within 48 hours.
