1:1 Coaching
You don't need more discipline. You need a plan that actually fits your life — because the problem usually isn't laziness, lack of motivation, or 'falling off track.' It's trying to force yourself into methods that were never sustainable to begin with
The Fit Method is made for real women, in real life. We focus on strength training, nutrition, education, realistic habits, and long-term behaviour change — so you can stop starting over and finally build results that last.
Here's exactly what 1:1 coaching inside The Fit Collective looks like, what's included, and what to expect throughout the process. Read through everything before you apply — I want you informed, not impressed.
What's included
01
Strategic strength training built around your goals, experience level, schedule, equipment, and lifestyle. Every program is designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition, get stronger, and create long-term results without wasting hours in the gym. Delivered through your training app with detailed exercise demos, progressive programming, and personalized form feedback so every rep actually counts.
02
Custom protein, fibre, and calorie targets calibrated to your body, goals, and lifestyle — then adjusted as your body changes. We work through restaurants, travel, holidays, and PMS weeks together so you build food skills, not food fear. No meal plans, no banned foods, and no “cheat days.” Just learning how to eat for your goals in a way that actually fits your real life.
03
A structured weekly check-in delivered in your preffered communicatoin style where we go through your week, what's working, what isn't, and what we're adjusting next. Plus Monday through Friday message support for the in-the-moment questions — the restaurant, the work trip, the bad week. No AI-generated plans and responses. You hire me, you get me — and I don't take more clients than I can give that level of attention to.
04
Lasting results come from consistency, not perfection. Together, we'll build realistic habits, routines, and mindset shifts that support your goals and your real life — while breaking through the all-or-nothing thinking, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotage patterns that keep so many women stuck in the cycle of starting over.
05
A step-by-step course built to give you the knowledge and skills to maintain your results for life. The FIT Method goes far beyond workouts and nutrition — covering habits, mindset, recovery, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the “why” behind what actually works. Work through it at your own pace and stop relying on motivation because you'll actually understand what you're doing and why it's working. The goal is simple: this is the last program you'll ever need.
06
You're not doing this alone. Inside our Skool community, you'll be surrounded by women working toward the same goals: getting stronger, building confidence, improving their health, and learning how to create results that actually last. The community is supportive, motivating, and judgment-free — a space to ask questions, share wins, and stay connected through every phase of the process. Plus access to live group calls and an education hub you can revisit anytime, so the learning never stops.
FAQ
I quote pricing on the discovery call once I understand what you actually need and whether the program is a good fit. Coaching starts with a four month commitment because that's the minimum window where real change happens — physically, mentally, and behaviourally. This is an investment in long term transformation, not a quick fix — and the four month commitment reflects that.
Strength changes happen quickly. Most clients notice better energy, confidence, structure, and momentum within the first few weeks. Meaningful body composition changes typically take 6-8 weeks of consistent execution. But the biggest transformation is usually the shift from constantly starting over to finally feeling in control around food, training, and your habits again. Real, lasting change is built over months — not two “perfect” weeks.
Most women who join the program do. You do not need more discipline, a stricter plan, or better motivation. You need a system that actually fits your real life. That's what we build together. A huge part of coaching is identifying the patterns, habits, mindset blocks, and all-or-nothing thinking that keep pulling you off track — then creating routines you can realistically sustain even when life gets busy.
We program around your life, not the other way around. If you've got 30 minutes three times a week, I'll build the most effective plan possible for your goals. The goal isn't perfection — it's consistency you can actually sustain. Generic programs require generic lifestyles. Custom coaching doesn't.
No. Tracking is a tool, not a life sentence. It's incredibly helpful for building awareness and learning portioning, protein intake, and structure. The goal is to help you understand your body, your habits, and your nutrition well enough that you can make confident decisions without needing an app.
Beginners are some of my favourite clients to work with because we get to build strong foundations from the start. Every exercise includes video demos and form feedback, and we focus on building confidence before intensity. You don't have to feel ready to get started — but you have to start to feel ready.
Most of my clients go through either phase with me, or both. Pregnancy coaching focuses on safe strength training, symptom management, and pelvic floor awareness. Postpartum coaching focuses on rebuilding strength, core function, confidence, and trust in your body again. We'll discuss timing, recovery, training history, and any medical clearance needed on the discovery call.
Usually, yes. I'm comfortable programming around many common issues including low back, shoulder, knee, and hip pain once we understand what's going on. If needed, I may recommend getting clearance from your physio or doctor first. The goal is always to train intelligently and feel your best — not push through pain.
I've coached women taking GLP-1's. This is one of the most important times to have proper support. You must still be fuelling your body properly and strength training to avoid muscle loss, bone density loss, and metabolic slowdown. And if you don't want to be on it forever, all the more reason to learn how to keep this up for life — building the lifestyle to maintain your fat loss the right way.
Four-minute application. I read every one personally. If it's a fit, I'll send a link to book a free 30-minute discovery call within 48 hours.
