Takes about 4 minutes. The more honest you are here, the better I can tell whether 1:1 coaching is actually right for you — and whether I'm the right coach for what you're working on.

01 — The basics

Only used if we book a discovery call together.

02 — Where you're at

Be specific. “Lose 25 lbs and get strong enough to do unassisted pull-ups by my 40th” is way more useful than “tone up.”

Programs, diets, gym memberships, online challenges. What worked, what didn't, and where things fell apart.

Time, kids, travel, food at home, motivation, injuries — whatever's actually been getting in the way.

03 — Logistics

Full commercial gym, home gym, hotel gyms when traveling, dumbbells in a basement — all valid.

Health conditions, pregnancy/postpartum, prior injuries, food allergies — anything that affects how I'd build your program.
